It’s 10 minutes past 3 in the morning and I’ve more or less finished the first full sample. It’s been a journey full of small pivots, weathering through tedium, and just the plain ol’ dread.

Now that I’m “done”, i’m noticing the dread differently.

It’s not that I wanted to stop or escape from the challenges i faced, it was more that I just really wanted to figure it out.

So from that perspective, the dread was just my desire in disguise.

I had realized at some point in the late afternoon that tomorrow would be kind of my last full day to “figure things out”.

I wasn’t planning on really anything tonight, but a small idea spun into a bunch of more decisions all coming together (sue me for vague posting).

So tomorrow is looking like it will be putting the finishing touches to the sample and taking all the product shots because this will be the next object on the River store.

My hope is that on Tuesday, you will be able to see the fruits of my labor, despair, and hope all bundled into a $1 object you can purchase on river.site/store
