Japanese Yuzu and Tomato Spinach pasta
how to make:
100g pasta
cherry tomatoes (6-8)
handful spinach
scallion (white)
anchovies (2-3)
yuzu juice (1 tbsp)
soy sauce (1 tsp)
salt
white pepper
cook down yuzu juice with some scallion, anchovies, and pasta water. when it’s turned into more of a sauce put soy sauce in and tomatoes. lastly add spinach and al-dente pasta.
