I spilled pizza on my pants and it sparked and emotional spiral. I’m an anxious person that looks for constant external validation. this pizza is a representation of that external force providing that slap in the face. although I did that to myself it felt like a spirit was guiding my had to drop the slice on my pants. it was a tough day yesterday. not just because of this but because of other things too.
