ok all is good again. chain smoked three cigarettes even though I mostly quit, prayed the 100 requiem (part of a daily practice for one year ::poetry/art/performance/investigation piece::), ate dinner and took a shower. I am no longer lonely and desperate. ok maybe desperate?? but for what? unsure.
