this fragrance is a masterpiece and it embodies the specific purple tone of the cap. it’s floral but somehow both modern and antique (probably the ambergris), it’s dewy pops with the pink pepper in the top note and of course, the lilac at the heart of the perfume speaks for itself. this smells both like flowers that are beginning to bloom and flowers that have begun to wilt… there is something about life and death, love and heartbreak, light and dark and the togetherness of all the above here…
