I have arrived at an ice cream phase….was going for a barley ice cream with cardamom and a date/palm sugar swirl but then I realized the barley I was using was korean boricha. and then I realized the cardamom was not cardamom and it was 草果. conflicted because I am excited about the flavor profiles but the boricha flavor is so good already on its own…..
