River - September 12, 2025 Ok, yes… there are some big changes around here! We’ve consolidated the experiences between activity and messages to give you a unified new inbox. A one stop shop for everything going on in your corner of the app. Profile pages just got a full revamp! You can now filter between different types of activity to see what everyone’s been up to. And yes, the elephant in the room—River now has profile pictures. Set one if you’d like! Lastly we’re really excited about the new channel drawer, which you can access by swiping right from the home feed. Use this as a place to keep up with all your favorite channels on River, or toggle the “Trending” tab to discover something new.
