cranberry sauce. it’s not just for Thanksgiving. pour bag of fresh or frozen cranberries into a pot. add some orange zest and the juice of one orange. simmer on medium heat. add dash of cinnamon, honey to taste, a dash of salt. let it bubble. stir occasionally until cranberries pop and split. mash cranberries. the mixture should be thick and jammy. store in the fridge. good for a week or so.
