naver is korea's version of google. but unlike google, naver has a blog platform. my mom briefly had a naver blog to document her cooking... it didn't fully actualize, but i think about it often. through the ups and downs of raising three daughters, it was something she wanted to do.
everyone has a desire to share the things they care about. we also desire to connect. and through sharing the things we care about, we find people to connect with along the way.
there is desire and there is agency. desire without agency is... just desire. what do you want to do? what do you want to share? how will you share it? will you share it?
context and circumstance can affect agency, even with unwavering desire. what would have happened if my mom's agency had met her desire at a better moment? maybe that's why her blog stays with me. a desire to do means something... but doing what you want might mean everything.
